FIRST CONSULTATION

The first consultation with your puppy or kitten is an important step that shouldn't be overlooked. This first contact with the animal and its family is necessary, not only to answer most of the questions you may have, but also to create a lasting bond. We set aside 45 minutes in our schedule to get to know you. As well as making sure your new companion is in good apparent health, we'll define together your needs in terms of internal and external parasite control, propose immediate electronic identification if he's not identified, and carry out a complete general clinical examination.

Depending on the origin of your pet (kennel, family, pet shop, spa...), we'll perform a clinical examination adapted to the breed and certain redhibitory defects, and determine the risk profile. A complete check-up of your dog's or cat's coat, skin and teeth will be carried out, as well as the implementation of hygienic routines (eye, ear and oral care) which will be presented to you. You'll also receive advice and explanations on housebreaking and training your young pet, as well as a nutritional recommendation adapted to your companion's age, breed and weight.
