The Chahuahua clinic offers you remote access to some of your services thanks to a teleconsultation module.

Teleconsultation is a new way of communicating remotely, via a video stream between us. It's an interesting medium in a number of situations:

• On your first call : to refine the reason for consultation and assess the urgency of the situation.
• During follow-up consultations, once the diagnosis and treatment have been put in place, monitoring can be carried out remotely. In this way, we can assess the evolution of clinical signs and adapt the treatment accordingly by sending a new prescription.

You can consult us online at any time (during working hours) and from anywhere.
You can make an appointment for a remote consultation either by telephone or using our appointment booking module.
At the time of your appointment you will receive directly an invitation from us. to validate the request, you are invited to register your credit card details,for the amount of the teleconsultation. This step validates the imprint of your payment method, but the actual payment will only be made at the end of the consultation.
